Zoom Teeth Whitening
Zoom Teeth Whitening is a professional whitening system designed to brighten teeth affected by stains and discoloration. Coffee, tea, wine, tobacco, aging, and certain foods can all contribute to a dull or yellowed smile over time.
Unlike over-the-counter whitening products, Zoom whitening is provided under professional supervision. Before recommending whitening, our team can evaluate your teeth and gums, discuss your goals, and help determine whether Zoom is a good fit for your smile.
Professional whitening can be a great option for patients who want a brighter smile before a major event or simply want to refresh the appearance of their teeth.
SureSmile Clear Aligners
SureSmile clear aligners offer a discreet, removable alternative to traditional braces. These aligners are designed to gradually shift teeth into better alignment while fitting comfortably into your daily routine.
SureSmile may be used to address concerns such as spacing, crowding, crooked teeth, crossbite, overbite, and other alignment issues, depending on the patient’s needs. Treatment begins with a consultation, followed by a customized digital treatment plan.
Because SureSmile aligners are removable, patients can continue eating normally and brush and floss without working around brackets and wires. This makes them a convenient option for many teens and adults who want a straighter smile without the appearance of metal braces.
3Shape Software
3Shape software supports a wide range of digital dental workflows. This technology can be used with digital scans to help plan treatments, monitor changes, design restorations, simulate orthodontic outcomes, and improve communication between the dental team, patient, and lab.
With 3Shape tools, our team can use digital information to better explain treatment options and show patients what may be possible before care begins. This can be especially helpful for smile design, clear aligner planning, restorative dentistry, patient monitoring, and appliance fabrication.
By improving digital planning and communication, 3Shape software helps support more predictable and personalized treatment.
Dentsply Sirona CEREC MC X Dental Milling Machine
The Dentsply Sirona CEREC MC X dental milling machine allows our office to create certain dental restorations in-house. This technology can mill and grind restorations such as crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, bridges, abutments, and surgical guides, depending on the case.
CEREC technology can reduce the need for traditional outside-lab timelines in select situations. Instead of waiting for a restoration to be made off-site, digital scans and in-office milling can allow certain restorations to be completed more efficiently.
The CEREC MC X is designed for precision, creating restorations with smooth surfaces, accurate edges, and detailed anatomy. For patients, this can mean fewer appointments, less time in temporary restorations, and a more convenient restorative experience.
BIOLASE Waterlase MDX
The BIOLASE Waterlase MDX is an all-tissue dental laser that can be used for a variety of procedures involving teeth, gums, and soft tissue. This technology uses laser energy and water to perform certain treatments with precision.
Waterlase is designed to support a more comfortable dental experience when compared to some traditional tools. Depending on the procedure, it may reduce the need for drills, scalpels, or sutures.
This laser technology can be especially helpful when treating soft tissue concerns, accessing hard-to-reach areas, managing gum tissue, or performing minimally invasive procedures. If Waterlase is appropriate for your treatment, our team will explain how it can be used and what to expect.
SomnoDent Oral Devices
SomnoDent oral devices are custom-made oral appliances used to help treat obstructive sleep apnea and sleep-related breathing issues in appropriate patients. These appliances are designed to gently position the jaw in a way that helps keep the airway open during sleep.
For some patients, oral appliance therapy may be a more comfortable or convenient alternative to CPAP therapy. SomnoDent devices are designed with comfort in mind and are custom-fitted to the patient’s mouth.
If you snore, wake up feeling tired, or have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, our team can discuss whether an oral appliance may be part of your treatment plan.
OPTISLEEP Oral Appliance Therapy
The OPTISLEEP oral appliance is a custom‑made device designed to help treat obstructive sleep apnea and sleep‑related breathing issues in appropriate patients. This lightweight appliance gently positions the lower jaw forward to help keep the airway open during sleep, reducing snoring and nighttime interruptions. Each device is digitally designed and precisely crafted to fit comfortably and securely.
For many patients, an oral appliance can be a more comfortable and convenient alternative to CPAP therapy. OPTISLEEP devices are built with patient comfort in mind and are custom‑fitted to your unique bite for easy, consistent nightly use. If you snore, wake up feeling tired, or have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, our team can help determine whether an OPTISLEEP appliance may be an effective part of your treatment plan.
WatchPAT ONE
WatchPAT ONE is a disposable home sleep apnea testing device that allows patients to complete a sleep study from home. The device connects with a smartphone app and sends sleep data to the cloud so the clinician can review the results after the study is completed.
WatchPAT ONE collects multiple channels of sleep-related data and can help evaluate sleep apnea, sleep stages, oxygen levels, snoring, body position, heart rate, and related information.
Because the test is completed at home, it can be more convenient for many patients than an overnight sleep lab study. It also eliminates the need to return the testing device, since WatchPAT ONE is fully disposable.
AIRFLOW Prophylaxis Master
GBT AIRFLOW Prophylaxis Master is a guided biofilm therapy system used to support more comfortable and effective dental cleanings. This technology uses a controlled spray of air, warm water, and fine powder to remove plaque, biofilm, and surface stains from the teeth.
It can be especially helpful for patients with sensitive teeth, dental implants, restorations, orthodontic appliances, gum disease maintenance needs, or staining. The system is designed to clean gently and efficiently without relying heavily on scraping.
AIRFLOW technology can make hygiene visits feel more comfortable for many patients while helping our team provide thorough preventive care.
Dentsply Sirona Orthophos SL
The Dentsply Sirona Orthophos SL is an advanced 2D/3D imaging system designed to help our team capture detailed, high-quality dental images for diagnosis and treatment planning. This technology allows us to evaluate the teeth, jaws, bone structure, and surrounding anatomy with greater clarity, which can be especially useful for restorative dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontic evaluation, and other treatment needs.
Orthophos SL uses a Direct Conversion Sensor to support sharp 2D imaging, along with intelligent autofocus that automatically helps create clear panoramic images. This means our team can gather detailed diagnostic information while also making the imaging process more consistent and comfortable for patients.
For cases that require more detail, Orthophos SL 3D provides different image volume options, allowing us to focus on the area that needs to be evaluated. It also includes low-dose 3D imaging options and HD mode when higher-resolution images are needed. The system’s automatic positioning features, including the occlusal bite block, temple supports, forehead support, and light localizers, help keep the process simple and stable for the patient.
By using Orthophos SL, Edgerton and Glenn DDS can better plan treatment, explain findings, and make more informed decisions about your care.
Dentsply Sirona Primescan
Dentsply Sirona Primescan is an intraoral scanner used to take digital impressions of the teeth. Instead of using traditional impression trays and putty-like material, Primescan captures a detailed 3D digital model of the mouth.
This digital scan can be used for crowns, bridges, clear aligners, dental appliances, implant restorations, sleep appliances, and other treatments. Primescan is designed to be fast, accurate, and more comfortable for patients than conventional impressions.
Digital scans also make it easier for patients to see and understand their oral health. The 3D model can be reviewed on-screen, helping our team explain treatment recommendations more clearly.
SprintRay Pro S 3D Printer
The SprintRay Pro S 3D printer allows our office to produce certain dental appliances, models, guides, and restorations in-house. This technology is designed specifically for dental workflows and supports accurate, repeatable 3D printing.
SprintRay Pro S can be used for dental models, surgical guides, night guards, clear aligner models, temporary restorations, denture-related appliances, wax-ups, and other applications (depending on the case).
By using in-office 3D printing, we can improve efficiency, customize treatment, and reduce turnaround time for certain dental devices. This technology supports a more streamlined digital workflow from scan to design to finished appliance.
